Your treatment will be in a private treatment suite. Please arrive to the spa reception area on the fourth floor of the hotel located at room 418, five minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time; however the full treatment price will still apply.
Please note that the allocated treatment time includes time for changing, short consultation and aftercare advice.
When booking a course of three treatments, you will receive a fourth one complimentary.
Treatments that are part of a package cannot be exchanged or taken by another person/s. All treatments included in spa packages are subject to availability. Treatment timings may be subject to change without prior notice.
It is very important that you advise us when making your reservation if you are pregnant (the first trimester needs to have passed), breast feeding, and have any health conditions, allergies, injuries, skin complaints, or infections. All treatments are subject to medical status. Some medical conditions may require a doctor’s note. You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to your treatment. If treatments are found to be unsuitable on medical grounds we will endeavour to offer alternatives, where possible.
While our spa has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now be visibly displaying those efforts and additional measure put in place to welcome you back for treatments safely and comfortably. Therapists will be wearing face masks and visors during all treatments as an enhanced safety measure. A number of biodegradable, disposable Scrummi spa items will be used during treatments. In addition to the stringent steps we carry out, guests are asked to wear face coverings when arriving/leaving the Ciúin Spa and whilst having manicures, pedicures, tinting and reflexology treatments.
Our Thermal Suite, Changing Areas & Relaxation Rooms will remain closed until further notice.
What we ask of our guests/customers
We would like you to relax during your visit. For this reason, we have taken extra measures to safeguard our guests prior to arrival. You will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and Covid declaration prior to your spa treatments. We kindly ask the following: For the safety of our guests and employees, if you or a member of your household has developed any of the following symptoms; cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat, headaches, loss of taste or smell within the last 7 days please contact the spa prior to arrival to cancel your appointment and refrain from visiting the spa.
Refrain from visiting the spa if you are under an isolation or quarantine directive.
Respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the areas and shared by employees.
Please note all prices are quoted in Euros and subject to change at any time without prior notice. Gratuities are not included and are welcome at your discretion.
Payment can be made in full when booking an appointment or alternatively we would ask where possible to use contactless payment.
Credit/debit card details will be required to secure all bookings. Specific package or treatment vouchers are non-transferable to another package or treatment. No change will be given from gift vouchers. If you are paying by gift voucher please remember to bring it with you on the day or an alternative method of payment will be required.
Please allow 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your appointment. A 100% charge will apply if you do not attend your booking. The charge will be applied to the card provided on booking or on to your hotel room bill should you be a resident guest. Deposits relating to full and part day packages are strictly non-refundable. They are transferable to another date provided at least 5 days’ notice of the original date is given.
We recommend you do not bring valuables into the Ciúin Spa. The Slieve Russell Hotel/Ciúin Spa does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal items.
We ask that you talk quietly in all areas to respect other guest’s treatments. Images/videoing is prohibited in all areas. We also ask you to respect other spa guest’s privacy.
